You are invited to Rest and Renew in this Restorative Yoga session that provides you the opportunity to slow down, rest your physical body, and renew your spirit and state of mind.
During this session, we will extensively use props to support our bodies in restorative physical postures which will include meditation practices to ease our minds and settle thoughts. Experience gentle stretch and hands-on assists may be offered during this yoga practice.
Restorative yoga is suitable for all levels of yoga participants, including beginners. Allow yourself the experience of calming the nervous system, improving mood and sleep, and relaxing your physical body.
