REST & RENEW - FREE YOGA & SOUND BATH FOR SOCIAL WORKERS

In honor of National Social Work Month, we invite all social workers to a special Rest & Renew session. This free event is our way of saying thank you for the vital work you do in our communities.

Unwind with a gentle yoga practice designed to help you relax for a soothing sound bath to release stress, restore balance, and support your well-being. The combination of mindful movement and calming sound vibrations will leave you feeling refreshed and deeply restored.

This event is open to all social workers and is designed for all body types, ages, and fitness levels.

Take this time for yourself - you deserve it!

Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat (if you have one), blanket, pillow, and bottle of water.
