I am excited to announce we are finally offering our Rest & Rejuvenate Yoga Retreat once more based on the Organic Farm in the Cotswolds. This retreat is an excellent choice if you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in nature while focusing on relaxation, mindfulness, and wellness. The Cotswolds, with its rolling hills, picturesque villages, and serene countryside, provides the perfect backdrop for the retreat. We will be offering a combination of yoga, meditation, holistic therapies & treatments. You can expect nourishing vegetarian food supplied straight from the Organic Farm, guided nature walks, and plenty of time for self-reflection and relaxation.
