You are invited to an intimate weekend of restoration, recalibration, and gentle awakening as Jenn Brooks and Jack Howard weave together Restorative Yoga Nidra, Breathwork, and Sound Healing Immersions to bring your body, mind, and spirit back into harmony.
In a world that moves quickly, we often forget that restoration is not a luxury; it is a return to our innate wholeness.
Jack’s work is rooted in living in right relationship with Spirit, Earth, and Community, using sound frequencies, intention, and presence to bring the nervous system into deep states of relaxation. Crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and the healing vibrations of Jack’s sound journey allow the body to heal itself while the mind recalibrates to a quieter rhythm.
August 16th | Restorative Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing Immersion | 6:00-8:30 PM
Allow yourself to be held in the softness of Yoga Nidra with Jenn, inviting deep rest and nervous system repair, alongside Jack’s immersive sound healing journey to align your body’s frequencies with peace and ease.
August 17th | Gentle Breathwork & Sound Healing Immersion | 6:00-8:30 PM
Experience gentle, heart-centered breathwork with Jenn, designed to open pathways for clarity and inner connection, along with Jack’s sound healing immersion to nourish your cells and spirit with vibration medicine.
For those called to go deeper, Jack will also offer Lucia Light Therapy sessions (small group or 1:1) during his visit. This is a beautiful opportunity to experience light-frequency journeys that support intuitive insights and recalibration.
