Rest & Nervous System Reset
Come home to your body. Rest into the rhythm of your breath. ✨
This month we gather with intention. To soften. To slow down. To honour the wisdom of our nervous system. To remember that rest is not a reward — it is a necessity. We will explore the art of slowing down, of listening deeply, and of finding safety within ourselves. Not striving. Not fixing. Simply allowing. Rested. Rooted. Renewed.

✨ Rest & Nervous System Reset – Guided by Tanya Reilly
Our evening gathering will be guided by Tanya Reilly, founder and facilitator of Kindred Sisters Community. Building upon the foundations of Living in Alignment and Authentic Living, Tanya will lead a gentle, embodied exploration of rest as a pathway to nervous system regulation and inner harmony.
Through guided discussion, somatic awareness practices, breathwork, and connection within circle, participants will be invited to explore how rest supports emotional balance, clarity, and resilience. This is a nurturing, heart-led experience designed to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom and restore your inner calm.
⸻
✨ Rest Reflection & Connection Circle
Together we will explore:
• Understanding the nervous system and how it shapes our daily experience
• Recognising signs of dysregulation and overwhelm
• Practices for grounding and soothing
• Creating sustainable rhythms of rest
• Cultivating inner safety and trust
Through shared wisdom, gentle movement, and mindful connection, we create space to rest, reflect, and restore together.
⸻
