Rest & Create - A Jewellery & Yoga Day

A beautiful crafted day for you and your bestie! The day will begin with an invigorating vinyasa flow led by Jade to wake up the body and mind.

Followed by a gorgeous lunch grazing board lunch, & sweet treats!

Then each participant will learn the skills and techniques to create two silver rings with Fiona (one will be hand-stamped and personalised) and the other a decorative stacking ring’

We will then enjoy a sweet treat and a wind down meditation before heading back into the rest of your Sunday wintery January afternoon.
