Making Space for the Connections That Count
Valentine's season is the perfect time to acknowledge the people who show up for us all year
round. Reset & Connect is a mindful social event designed for those of us who are looking to
invest in our relationships and strengthen friendships.
If crowded restaurants and noisy bars no longer feel like your vibe, this experience offers
something different. Bring your friends and immerse yourself in a two-hour experience with Kelly
and Larissa, founders of Consciously Connecting.
The afternoon includes a relaxing meditation and sound bath, setting the stage for meaningful
connection. Thoughtful prompts then guide the dialogue beyond small talk and into the stories
and ideas that bring you closer. It’s an afternoon spent doing something genuinely nourishing for
yourselves and for the relationships you share.

FAQs
What exactly is a "Sound Bath"?
A sound bath is a mindful acoustic experience where you lie
down or sit comfortably and listen to the resonant sounds of crystal bowls and chimes. It’s not
"music" in the traditional sense, but rather a series of vibrations designed to help your mind and
body relax deeply. It’s a great way to "reset" before we start our conversation.
I’ve never meditated before. Can I still come?
Absolutely. This event is designed for all experience levels. The meditation is guided and approachable with no experience required.
Who should I bring?
Anyone you want to connect with more deeply! While many people come
with a close friend, it’s also a great experience for siblings, cousins, or even a newer friend
you’d like to get to know better. We are an inclusive space—all gender identities and
orientations are welcome.
What should I wear / Do I need to bring anything?
Wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable (casual or athleisure). Just bring yourself and an open mind; we provide the seating, the instruments, and the refreshments.
Are there dietary-friendly food options? Our spread of sweet treats will include gluten-free
and nut-free options.
What are my payment options?
We accept Cash and Venmo.
Is there an age limit or arrival time?
Yes. This is an 18+ event. Doors open at 12:30PM and close promptly at 1PM.
Where do I park?
You’ll find a few spots directly in front of the building and an additional parking lot out behind the building.
Meet Your Hosts
Kelly and Larissa are best friends and female entrepreneurs who believe that deep,
vulnerable conversation is the heartbeat of a healthy community. They founded
Consciously Connecting after noticing a lack of intentional spaces in our modern world,
where people felt truly safe to open up.
Since 2019, they have been facilitating sound baths and connection workshops at a
regional festival, honing their ability to create environments where guests feel welcomed
and encouraged to move through life with greater intention. Now expanding their mission
across Philadelphia suburbs and New Jersey, Kelly and Larissa are dedicated to giving
back by helping people rediscover the simple, transformative power of making space for
the connections that count.
