Our Rest and Restore yoga series led by Six of Sensate Wellness continues into the new year. We invite you to join us in this free movement practice and take a moment for you! RSVPs open two weeks before each class. Once you're registered, simply join us on campus for positive vibes! Open to all ages and skill levels.
**While we have some mats available on-site, we recommend bringing your own.
