CLASS DESCRIPTION

Join us every Sunday from 3pm-4pm for a Transformative, Re-birth Salt Cave Breathwork Journey.

We invite you to Breath Deep, relieve stress, release tension and come back to your center feeling Nourished, Calm & Reborn.

By embodying the breath, by becoming intimate with it, we learn how to release the unnecessary physical and emotional tension that we so often carry with us. We breathe to express, to let go, and to replenish ourselves. We remember our truest essence, our authenticity and curiosity, we connect with the subconscious material allowing it to come to the surface, and we create space for healing and transformation.

Enjoy the benefits of practicing breathwork while enjoying Gaia's Salt Cave HaloTherapy. You receive the benefits of therapeutic salt being dispersed through the air to be easily inhaled and absorbed. Some of the benefits include lung cleansing, detoxification and relief from inflammation in the body.

About Location: Gaia Nomaya is a multi-dimensional social wellness oasis right next door to Prospect Park. Gaia has a wellness center spa, organic restaurant and cafe, one of Brooklyn's only Himalayan Salt Caves, a Crystal Atrium with music as its medicine, art as its therapy and conscious cuisine as part of a sustainable love-style we love to create.

CLASS STRUCTURE

1 hour long with music, laying down

10 minutes - introduction to breathwork, grounding practice, setting intentions

40 minutes - circular breathing

10 minutes - integration and final sharing

About the Facilitators

ILARIA teaches on Sunday 3:00pm-4:00pm

is a specialized Breathwork guide, who integrates psychology and spirituality for growth and transformation.

She has experienced and witnessed how fundamental it is to be able to embody the insights and understandings of the mind to truly connect with one's own self in an integrative way.

Ilaria is dedicated to helping others undergoing journeys into the depths of who they are, in order to create more awareness and to find alignment with one’s purpose.

Her background is in clinical psychology and she has combined that with Breathwork, life coaching, the Gurdjieff work, and the studies of the Enneagram
