Join us for a gentle 60-minute restorative yoga experience designed to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive small-group setting.
The class begins with light, mindful movement to warm the spine and awaken the body before transitioning into a restorative yoga practice. Throughout the session, breath awareness becomes our anchor, helping you soften physical tension, notice internal sensations, and create space for emotional processing in a safe and compassionate environment.
This is not a fast-paced or physically demanding yoga class. Instead, it is a quiet, inward practice that invites deep rest, presence, and nervous system restoration. The focus is less on achieving poses and more on listening to the wisdom of your body through breath, stillness, and gentle support.
Blankets, bolsters, and yoga mats are provided, and there is space throughout the class to ask questions and explore the practice together. No previous yoga or breathwork experience is necessary—simply come as you are, with curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
