Rest and Restore Retreat

Join Our Rest and Restore Retreat at Second Chance Landing on the Katy Trail for a Day of Rejuvenation. Enjoy diverse experiences including a sound bowl session, meditation, yoga with self-acupressure techniques, fascial release, yin yoga using auricular beads, time for unwinding and bonding with others, herbal teas, and light refreshments.
