I’m thrilled to officially invite you to join us for a 4-day All-Inclusive Women’s Wellness Retreat at a stunning private lake house on Douglas Lake. (Tennessee)
Our beautiful retreat home is a 6,000 sq ft lakefront estate with 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, featuring breathtaking lake and mountain views, large gathering spaces, and plenty of room to relax and unwind together.

🧘♀️ Daily yoga & gentle stretching by a certified teacher
💆♀️ Massages included by licensed individuals
🎨 Sip & paint night by a local company

Everything is included; meals, activities, wellness treatments, and special experiences: so, all you need to bring is yourself, another female if you choose and any alcohol you’d like to enjoy.
The home also features a private pool, hot tub, game room, and expansive decks overlooking Douglas Lake, making it the perfect setting for a luxurious, restorative weekend.
Although the home sleeps 32, to keep the experience comfortable and intimate, this retreat will be limited to just 24 women.

Early Bird: $695
paid in full by March 30
Regular Price: $795 Before May 1st
May 1st and after $895
Final payment due August 1, 2026
A $200 non-refundable deposit secures your spot and goes toward your final balance.
After final payment, all monies are non-refundable. However, name changes/replacements are allowed if you are unable to attend.
