Rest and Renew Sound Immersion

Join us for a relaxing evening where we will start with a grounding meditation, followed by a specially crafted playlist, accompanied by gongs, therapy-grade crystal signing bowls, voice, and a compliment of instruments.

We will use sound to create a space for a deep meditative state - sending vibrations of energy through your entire body to promote relaxation.

Please bring with you: Yoga Mat (to lay on), blanket, pillow or bolster, water bottle, and a journal with a pen. No Yoga Mat? No Worries! We will have a few available for purchase.

Eye Masks will be provided to aid in the experience
