Join me for a peaceful small group experience designed to calm your nervous system, release stress, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, shared space. This 2 hours session blends meditation, Spirit energy and sound healing to help you unwind and reset for the week ahead.
What to Expect:
Group Intention Setting with a beautiful ritual connecting us to the elements of water, fire, earth, and air.
Guided Meditation to settle the mind and body
Group Spiritual Energy Healing: hands-off or light, pre-approved touch, promoting deep relaxation and emotional ease
Gentle Movement or Journaling for grounding and reflection
Hot herbal tea and water will be served after the session
Optional group sharing for those who wish to connect
Facilitated by Luba Carlson, a Spirit-led intuitive healer with deep roots in a Ukrainian lineage of women healers, this small-group session offers a peaceful, sacred space for energy work, emotional release, and guided spiritual restoration.
What to Bring:
Pillow, blanket, journal, and water. There is a private bathroom should you decide to bring a change of clothes. I will provide thick exercise mats for you to lay on.
