About the Event:

Join us at Denver Sports Recovery center to experience every aspect of recovery. GH members will have the entire facility to ourselves, so you can fully enjoy all of the premium recovery amenities without any distractions.

During this exclusive time block, you'll have the opportunity to experience a rotating selection of recovery treatments, including:

• Hot & Cold Tubs - Start with a guided session alternating between our hot and cold tubs, designed to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote muscle recovery. Everyone will go through this together to kickstart the event.
• Compression Therapy - Relax with our NormaTec compression boots, targeting legs to reduce soreness, improve circulation, and speed recovery.
• Sauna - Choose between 1 traditional sauna or 2 infrared saunas to detox, improve recovery, and support overall wellness.
• Stretching/ESTIM/Swisswing - Work on flexibility and muscle activation through guided stretching, electrical stimulation therapy (ESTIM), and the Swisswing vibration therapy for a comprehensive recovery session.

Each section will accommodate 6 people at a time, with each treatment lasting about 25 minutes, allowing for an efficient and rejuvenating experience as you rotate through the different stations.
