REST is a quarterly support group for parents of children with special needs, offering a welcoming space to discuss resources, challenges, and self-care. Guided by a music therapist currently pursuing a degree in social work, the group blends professional insight with peer connection to support families on their journey.During REST, parents can take advantage of Harmony Hangout—a safe, fun space where teens and kids can spend time hanging out with friends while their caregivers attend the group. This option helps ease the stress of finding care, with separate registration and flexible choices that may include activity costs or adding dinner.
REST is a parent support group where caregivers of children with special needs can connect, share resources, and find encouragement together.
