Broker training covers leadership, items to consider when starting a brokerage, and SD License Law. This course, along with two years of active experience, allows a Broker Associate licensee to request a Broker license.

There will be a final test accessed online.

Responsible Broker Topics are:

• Real Estate Business Planning for Brokers and Teams (can also be taken as 4 hours elective CE on day one)
• Policies, Procedures, Ethics and HR (can also be taken as 4 hours of required CE on day one)
• Broker Supervision (can also be taken as 4 hours required CE on day two)
• Risk Management (can also be taken as 4 hours required CE on day two)
• A2A Property Management Laws from Agency to Audits (can also be taken as 3 hours required CE on day three). NOTE: This class used to be called SD Law for Property Managers before it was edited.
• The last 5 hours of Responsible Broker is best practices, review, and testing

Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. If you cannot be seen on camera during all sessions, you may not receive renewal credit. Need to have reliable high-speed internet access.

Transfer Policy: Up until two days before class starts you may transfer to a new class. If the new class is the same price or more, you will be charged the difference in payment.

Refund Policy: All classes are refundable until one day before class begins. Refund amount will be less the credit card and EB fees which Carol's Classes paid upon purchase. Please allow time for us to manually process the transfer.
