Domestic violence affects every community, yet most of us are not confident in our knowledge or resources to support victims. Our synod’s Church in Society Committee invites ministers and congregation leaders who want to be equipped to help those experiencing domestic violence, and to be empowered to speak to the issue in public spaces, to learn from a local magistrate judge, a shelter worker, a therapist, and a pastor about how to provide practical help.
