Do you have a child starting School in 2025?This is your opportunity to create Connection & Calm together!
Introducing my NEW Resources for Co-Regulation series! This will be a nurturing 3-week mini-program designed specifically for parents and their Prep children.
This mid-week reset is a perfect way to:
- Strengthen your bond and connect deeply through shared play and meaningful activities.
- Support your child’s nervous system during this milestone of transitioning to school.
- Learn engaging, empowering tools like yoga, tapping (EFT), HeartMath, and somatic expression.
- Create a sense of certainty and confidence amidst the new school routines.
Why this will be a positive experience for you and for your Prep child:
• Play becomes a powerful tool to integrate new learning from your child’s busy school days, reduces stress and naturally regulates the nervous system.
• Gentle, sensory-based activities help process emotions; settling and soothing minds.
• Movement patterns enhance brain function and left-right hemisphere connection, supporting learning of new information and skills.
• You’ll both build confidence in your child’s ability to self-regulate through the practice of co-regulation.
As a parent, you’ll deepen your connection with your child while learning techniques that empower you both for a smoother, more harmonious start to school life.

2:30 PM – 3:15 PM
Investment in this program is $110 for three 45-minute sessions which includes all in-studio and take-home materials as well as weekly emails from me, highlighting what was covered during session.
