Have you experienced the connection between your voice and wellness? Is there a sound closer to you than the sound of your own voice? Resound is a unique sensorial experience developed by coach Shivangini Yeashu Yuvraj. The programme is centered around vocal resonance within the body`s natural acoustic chambers. As you are guided through steps to focus on these vibratory sensations, you discover a new relationship with your voice and open yourself to practicing mindfulness with the sound of your voice. As do all parts of our body, our vocal system too, needs attention, care and exercise. And, in exchange it does much more for us! Voice is a grossly overlooked but potent tool for well being that we have had with us at all times. It is liberating and great fun to play with it, to trace the physical sensations and be with your body. The session will be followed by conversations and QnA for those interested. About the conceptor and facilitator: Shivangini Yeashu Yuvraj is a voice coach, singer and composer trained by some of the best Gurus and mentors. She has developed Resound based on two decades of voice practice of learning and teaching. During the covid 19 pandemic, she started offering Resound to people and it grew from one session to the next for weeks and months. Participants said that they felt energized (some felt relaxed), centered, light and liberated by using their voice in a guided flow and immersing themselves in the experience. According to Shivangini, having a voice but not playing with it and not meditating upon it counts for missing out a lot!
