You are invited to take a deep-dive into you're personal wellness and healing. in an intimate setting, settle into your body through mediation. Breathe intent into your being and create a piece built on your own inner vision. No experience necessary, as this is all about self-expression, self-acceptannce and self-love. In a calm, low-light, space designed for cultivating calm in your mind, body and soul, be and create in a safe supportive space. You'll walk away with a personally sacred piece of your own making that will continue to offer you reminders of your dedication to Self for many days to come. The mediation will include a candle, used during the workshop, that you can take home with you. Your work will be done on a 16"x20" canvas board. All supplies provided.
Each workshop is limited to 4 people, to keep the space intimate and client-focused.
