Resonate x Kara Arts: Creative StoryTime (FREE)

Resonate x Kara Arts: Creative StoryTime is a joyful, interactive experience for young children and their caregivers. Each session brings stories to life through singing, movement, music, and simple hands-on art, creating a playful environment where children can explore, imagine, and connect.

StoryTime is designed to be engaging but gentle, with a predictable flow that helps children feel comfortable while still encouraging creativity and curiosity.

Each 60-minute session includes:

• A warm welcome and opening song
• 4–5 age-appropriate stories read aloud
• Movement activities connected to the stories
• Singing familiar and playful songs
• Exploration with scarves and simple instruments
• One easy, guided art project tied to the weekly theme

Activities are designed for participation, not performance — children are free to move, sing, observe, and engage at their own pace.

Creative StoryTime supports:

• Early literacy and language development
• Focus, memory, and pattern recognition
• Imagination and creative expression
• Social skills and emotional awareness
• Motor skill development through movement
• Strong caregiver-child connection through shared experience

• Children ages 1-6
• Caregivers must remain with their child throughout the session
• Siblings are welcome

• Cost: Free
• Registration: Required (space is limited to 15 children per session)
