Choreographed to encourage stress, tension, and anxiety reduction, the Resonate Sound Bath is recommended as complimentary support for every-body, but especially those who experience stress, anxiety, general overwhelm, frequent headaches, sleeplessness, digestion issues, chronic pain, or depressed immunity.
***Ages 15 and over event. Event begins promptly at the stated time, doors will be locked, late entry is not permitted, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Yoga mats, knee bolsters, and blankets will be provided, please feel free to bring any additional props desired for comfort. Space is limited, register ahead to avoid disappointment.
