7-10pm Featuring Hannah & Bliss of HannaH’s Field, Corey of Happy Hippie Handpan and DJ L. Aura! Ecstatic dance is an opportunity to free the mind of thoughts and judgements and surrender to the body's innate wisdom. From this space of body awareness, we invite all parts of ourselves to be danced in a ceremony of movement!This is a free form, sober, conscious dance. We maintain social silence on the dance floor to hold a sacred container for transformation at a deeper level. No prior dance experience necessary, all movement styles welcome.
We also ask that you honor the boundaries of yourself, others and the space. If you would like to dance with someone, please ask and receive consent. To decline a request you can simply respond with a prayer-handed bow.
Kelli Joy will open with a breathwork & embodiment exercise. DJ L. Aura will weave electronic beats in and out with intentional live drumming featuring HannaH & Bliss of HannaH’s Field & Corey! Bliss & Corey will close out the night with hand pan & a didgeridoo sound bath!
