Join Rachel for a restorative and rejuvenating sound journey!!Props will be used to fully support your body so you can fully let go. As you rest, you are immersed in a soothing symphony of sounds designed to promote tranquility and healing. Himalayan signing bowls are placed directly on your body to further deepen and enhance your experience of the healing vibrations. As you rest, you allow both your body and your mind to pause, to rest, to be. Thus restoring a sense of inner balance and peace.
Bring a blanket + yoga mat if you can. If not, they will be provided. All other props needed for class will be provided. However, feel free to bring any special items you wish.
This class is for anyone and everyone. All are welcome. No experience needed.
