Resonance at the Red Barn: Reiki, Sound & Stillness

Resonance at the Red Barn: Reiki, Sound and Stillness is a collaborative experience with Sound Practitioner Becca Binsted and Usui/Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher Willow Mainprize, created to support deep rest as sound and Reiki work in harmony, supporting both the release of what is no longer needed and the invitation of what is ready to emerge.

Reiki and sound healing naturally amplify one another. Together, they create a greater sense of relaxation and openness, allowing the healing qualities of Reiki energy and the vibrations of sound to work more deeply and move more fluidly through the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of the body, leaving you feeling more restored, relaxed, and lighter.
As you are immersed in layers of resonant sound from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments throughout the sound bath, Willow will be offering a Healing Experience guided by Holy Fire® Reiki energy. In this experience, the Holy Fire® Reiki energy works with you directly, so there is no need for the practitioner to move between participants. This creates a unique opportunity to fully relax and receive love, support, healing, and guidance on all levels of your being. The energy meets you exactly where you are and works deeply on the subconscious levels.

You are welcome to bring a specific intention, or to just simply remain open to receiving whatever is most needed for you in the moment.

In the beautiful surroundings of the Red Barn, this session invites you to step away from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with yourself through Reiki, sound, and stillness ✨

What to Bring: Comfortable, warm clothing, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and bolster or second pillow for under your knees (This is important for your comfort as you will be laying on the floor for over an hour), water bottle, eye pillow/eyemask for added darkness if you prefer.
***Please note the Barn can get quite cold with the cement floor, So please make sure you dress warmly, and bring blankets or anything else needed to make yourself as comfortable as possible!

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. The Doors will be closed at 7:00PM sharp, and any late arrivals will not be permitted to attend.

There is plenty of free parking at the Red Barn

If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out for a subsidized ticket. These community-focused sound baths are meant to be accessible to anyone in need of a little self-care.

About your Hosts Becca and Willow:
Becca Binsted is a certified sound practitioner, trained in a range of modalities, based on the traditional and unceded lands of the scəw̓aθən (Tsawwassen) Peoples.

Her work centers on creating immersive sound experiences that support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. With a gentle and intentional approach, she holds space in a way that feels both grounded and elevated, allowing participants to fully settle, soften, and rest.

Becca’s offerings are thoughtfully designed to provide a sense of calm, care, and quiet refinement, inviting you to reconnect with yourself through the subtle power of sound.
