Join us for a relaxing morning featuring a guided, gentle, full body stretch, an immersive sound bath, and a celebratory glass of sparkling wine. Whether you come with friends or treat yourself to a solo reset, you'll leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready for the season ahead.

Stay after the event to sip, snack, and connect with friends. Our full beverage menu, and seasonal bites will be available for purchase.
