Resonance & Healing - Kundalini Yoga & Song Circle

Think live music during a KY class, that turns into a song circle kirtan-style... We will share and teach some original songs and chant and learn a few traditional Kundalini chants as well…

We will begin with opening mantras to ground us, then weave in and out of meditation, movement, chanting, partner practice, singing, receiving, and maybe even some dancing! Come with an open mind and spirit, and be ready to connect to the divine through music, movement, our voices and each other….
