RESONANCE - A Reiki Infused Restorative Yoga Experience

A 75-minute ceremony for your soul and an invitation to feel the spaciousness and deep rest that your body craves!
About this Event

You will unwind in gentle meditative breath work and melt in supported restorative postures while being infused with Reiki energy healing. This is a time to fully surrender into resonance and come home to self.
What to expect:
•10-15 minutes of gentle breath work & somatic movement to reconnect and ground the mind and body
•60 minutes of 4-5 Restorative Postures to create relaxation, reflection and expansion for your midweek reset.
