Resonance is a one-day immersive retreat exploring healing, presence, and inner alignment through music, movement, meditation, and creative expression.
Taking place on the powerful 11th January 2026 (1111 Portal), this retreat offers a gently held space to slow down, reconnect, and listen inward.
What is the retreat about?
Resonance brings together sound, stillness, somatic movement, and healing arts to support grounding, emotional release, and deeper self-awareness.
Who is it for?
The retreat is open to anyone aged 18 and above who feels drawn to self-exploration, creativity, healing, and embodied presence. No prior experience in music, art, movement, or meditation is required. Whether you are new to healing practices or already on a personal growth journey, Resonance welcomes you as you are.
