Resonance: A New Year's Sound Bath Experience

Resonance is a gentle, immersive sound bath designed to support rest, presence, and reconnection.

Through layered sound - including bowls, chimes, ambient music, and voice - you’re invited into a spacious environment where the body can soften and the mind can settle. There is nothing to do, fix, or achieve. Simply arrive, lie down, and receive.

This experience is held as a shared pause - a place to breathe, feel, and be with yourself and others in a calm, grounded setting.

No prior experience with sound baths or meditation is needed. Come as you are.

What to expect

We’ll provide yoga mats and eye masks.

Feel free to bring water and anything else that helps you feel comfortable (Pillow, blanket etc).
