Join Lauren Gale from Heart Nectar Healing and Nolen Shaber from Heartbeat Harmonies for an immersive 75-minute sound bath that will relax your nervous system and downshift your brain into a deep meditative state. You’ll be enveloped in sound through their use of tools such as didgeridoo, handpans, gongs, percussion and crystal singing bowls and more. Since the beginning of humanity, sound has been used as a way we connect to each other and heal. Modern science has taught us that sound healing is an effective way to change your brain wave state—from Beta down through Alpha and into Theta waves—where natural healing occurs.
Lauren and Nolen have been offering sound baths together since 2021 and have developed a wonderful intuitive energy that connects them to the sound.
