Resolutions & Recovery is all about fresh starts, powerful healing, and connecting with a community that’s ready to lift you up. Whether you’re setting new goals or getting back on track, you’ll leave feeling inspired, supported, and fired up for what’s ahead.

We’ve lined up interactive workshops, hands-on recovery demos, and local wellness vendors so you can learn, move, recharge, and meet amazing people—all in one place.

9:00–10:00 AM – Mobility & Mimosas
Our most popular workshop! A full hour dedicated to enhancing mobility, improving joint range, dialing in neuromuscular control, and boosting functional resilience. Expect expert coaching, intentional movement, and a bubbly finish.

10:00–10:30 AM – SOUL Dance Class
Turn up the energy with instructors from SOUL Studio for a fun, high-vibe fitness dance class that will get your heart rate up and put a smile on your face.

10:30 AM–1:00 PM – Vendors, Snacks, Cold Plunge, and Recovery Experiences
Enjoy delicious samples, explore local wellness brands, and sign up for our cold plunge + sauna stations for the ultimate recovery reset.
