Doesn’t it bother you when you see good things happen to bad people? The worst people you know or see online often have the best lives, most comfortable living space and the perfect family?
How come they get all the good things in life and I don’t? How come they get the perfect life, and I don’t?
As Christians, we expect to go through trials and tribulations in this sin-sick world. But when we see good things happening to people who aren’t Christian – it might cause us to be envious of the good lives we see on TV, social media and news.
But because of our faith in Christ, we have something far greater and far more valuable than anything in this world – sometimes we need time to just sit down and appreciate it!
Ladies, let’s gather together for WINGS, our women’s small group ministry, where with God and good grub we can admit our weakness, be honest with one another, create lasting friendships, and find comfort in God’s grace even when we fail.
Please join us on Saturday March 14 @ 5p in Christy Pflueger’s home.
• Bring $10 to cover the cost of food and a friend!
