These 90-minute, in-person training sessions will cover organizing techniques and practices, such as identifying shared values in one-on-one conversations, hosting gatherings to discuss skill-building, and more. One of the main goals is to build relationships with our neighbors. It doesn’t matter if it’s federal ICE agents in our neighborhoods or a derecho; all we have is each other, and we need to know each other to keep each other safer. There will be food and childcare available.
