Resilience is the capacity to stay present in unexpected situations and also afterwards. It is a flexibility that makes it possible to bend and then bounce back, instead of Breaking.We all fall down sometimes, knocked down by heartbreak, illness or exhaustion. What makes you grow back into life? How do you get up after a dark night?
The 5Rhythms is a great way to dance the waves of your energy, learning to ground, to express, to let go and to let life happen through you. It brings you back to the body and that is where the wisdom is in these often overwhelming times…
Somatic Experiencing is a body oriented trauma therapy. It invites deep listening to the movements in your nervous system in order to balance and regulate.
Combining the two practises is a powerful healing proces.
Willemijn de Dreu will guide the journey. She has 25 years experience in working with people and movement. She is trained in 5Rhythms, OpenFloor, SystemicRitual, SomaticExperience and Soma embodiment. She is based in the Netherlands, teaching internationally.
Willemijn is a teacher full of wisdom, warmth, gentleness, humour, respect and at the same time clarity, determination and strength. She makes the difficult easy, the impossible possible, and all with a halo of love and light that touches your soul and body.
