About this Event

Community Foundation Tampa Bay is proud to support Keep Pinellas Beautiful (KPB) in advancing hurricane recovery and long-term environmental resilience through the Resilient Roots Project.

This initiative empowers youth and residents across Pinellas County to restore local tree canopies and improve natural spaces in four county parks following the 2024 hurricane season. Project activities include:

  • Invasive vegetation removal
  • Litter cleanups
  • Tree plantings

These efforts will help enhance biodiversity, restore critical habitats, and strengthen our community’s resilience to future environmental challenges.

🌱 Want to help create a stronger, greener future?

Join Keep Pinellas Beautiful and Pinellas County at John S. Taylor Park for a morning of conservation and community connection! Volunteers will assist with tree plantings, contributing to a healthier, more resilient environment. All are welcome—bring your energy, your friends, and your love for the outdoors. We can’t wait to see you there!
