Resilience is one of the most important skills young people can build, yet many teens today face unprecedented pressure, comparison, and constant change.Join international resilience speaker Kate Gladdin for an inspiring and practical evening focused on building resilience through purpose - not forced positivity.
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, Kate will be speaking to students at Delano High School during the school day. This evening program gives parents, educators, and community members the opportunity to learn the same resilience framework students are learning. By doing this we create a shared language families can use to navigate challenges together.
Through powerful storytelling and science-backed strategies, Kate introduces her practical 3Rs Framework for Resilience: Recognize, Reflect, Redirect, helping people respond to stress with clarity and intention.
When parents and teens share the same tools for resilience, it becomes easier to talk about challenges, navigate stress, and build stronger connections at home. Attendees will also receive a downloadable reflection summary and access to continue the conversation through Kate’s podcast, Okay, Now What? Educators will also earn CEU credits for attending this event.
Join fellow parents, teachers, and community members for an evening focused on supporting our families and building resilience together.
