About this Event
Taught by Gen Kelsang Rinzin, resident teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Washington. Gen Rinzin is an American Buddhist monk, and has been teaching meditation and Buddhist philosophy for over 20 years.
We have within us a reservoir of power – to overcome challenges and obstacles and to find peace and a truly meaningful life. It is our resilience that enables us to harness this power – rather than approaching life rigidly, we learn to happily adjust to life's changing circumstances. In this talk and guided meditation, we will explore what it means to truly accept as well as the clarity of our mind and its role in both our stress and our happiness.
