We know that it can be daunting making the decision to move into a care home and that’s why at Peverel Green we are launching ‘Resident for a day’, a no-obligation way to experience life at our home.As well as getting used to our team and home environment, you will have the opportunity to join us in activities and a three course lunch will be included to allow you to sample the delights of our talented chef. Whilst care isn’t provided (We offer respite care for that), you’ll have the opportunity to experience everything else that Peverel Green has to offer to help you understand that moving to a care home doesn’t have to be daunting after all!
11.00am – Join us in the café for our coffee morning and quiz
13.00pm – Lunch is served
14.00pm – 15.00pm – Take part in the scheduled activity or entertainment on offer, or simply enjoy time in one of our lounges or our spectacular gardens.
This is a free-to-attend event but every ‘resident for a day’ must be accompanied by a family member or carer unless otherwise agreed by our Home Manager.
