Reset Sunday Sound Bath
About this Event
Take an hour to reset and restore yourself on a Sunday morning. Give yourself permission to unwind.
What to bring:
- Something comfortable to lay down on, camping mattress, thick blanket, yoga mat - you will be laying down for a hour .
- Blanket to keep you warm.
- Pillow to rest your head.
- Additional pillow or bolster for under your knees.
- Bottle of water.
- Optional - Eye mask or covering for your eyes.
Doors open at 9:15am, please arrive with enough time to get comfortable.
Unfortunately, if you do arrive late you will not be able to join the session.
Doors will be closed at 9:30am.
Sound healing is not recommended during pregnancy, if suffer from seizures, have a pacemaker or are sound sensitive. If you have any concerns please contact me before booking.
