5, 3 hour sessions plus a healthy and nutritious vegetarian breakfast.
Each Session will include, Asana, Prananyama, Meditation, Nidra, Nada yoga (chanting) and open Satsang (discussion) on Tantra and self realisation and the chakras, also discussion and tools on Manifesting your ideal outcomes.
