We have a few spaces left for our RESET retreat taking place easter weekend, APRIL 2-5th near Barcelona, Spain 🇪🇸🌞This retreat is all about community, yoga, breathwork, mindset workshops and contrast therapy. Expect four days on the coast, waking up to nature, breathing deeper, moving better, making life-changing friendships, and reconnecting with the version of you that’s been hiding beneath the noise.
