We’ll begin with a 60-minute sound healing experience led by Marianna of Mystic Align. The journey will start with gentle breathwork and a guided meditation to help you settle in and arrive fully in the moment. From there, relax into the immersive sounds of crystal alchemy bowls and other healing instruments, allowing the resonance to quiet the mind and encourage deep relaxation.

Following the sound bath, continue your reset with contrast therapy at Blueprint Wellness, including access to the red light sauna, cold plunge, and cryotherapy.

Come experience the combination of sound, stillness, and recovery in one evening.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat
