Set the tone for 2026! After a month of overindulgence, start 2026 off in the best way possible! January is an amazing time to reset - connect with our amazing natural surroundings, start or continue your fitness journey with the best class Ayrshire has to offer and feel the ultimate buzz of cold water therapy!

Dance - 45 minutes of Clubbercise dance fitness on the beach - led by licensed instructor. Suitable for all dance and fitness levels .
Dook - straight in the sea for some cold water therapy🌊 Please note this is optional…..however be brave! I will even hold your hand 💕 Cold water 💧 is the ultimate buzz!!!
Hot Drinks/Food/Fire 💚💜
Last but not least - the most welcoming group of people ever! So, please don’t worry if you are on your own - this is amazing bunch ❤️

What to bring
- water for class
- suitable footwear for exercise on sand (trainers)
- towel if getting in water
- something to sit on if you want

Directions - we will be at the very bottom entrance to the beach. Please use car park at Ayr India - free parking. Also use bottom entrance to enter beach - we will be directly to your left as you enter💚💜
