RESET BREATHWORK
Through intentional breath, guided visualization, and nervous-system-informed facilitation, you’ll be supported in releasing old self-doubt, reconnecting with your inherent worth, and creating space for a gentler, more grounded way of being with yourself.
Here’s what you need to know to prepare for Breathwork:
- Dress in loose, comfy clothing
- Bring your journal and water
- Eye Mask to deepen the experience
- Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in
- Avoid food 30 minutes prior
