For those continuing, we’ll begin working toward your true cut calories and macros — increasing protein intake while lightly reducing carbohydrates to support steady fat loss and help you lean out for summer. Our Lift program will also transition into hypertrophy-focused training, emphasizing higher rep sets to build muscle, improve endurance, and enhance overall body composition. For those new to Reset and Ride, we’ll start by establishing your baseline macros and a structured meal plan that prioritizes protein and proper calorie intake, creating the foundation needed to drive real body composition changes and set you up for long-term success

🚲 Ride strong: complete an average of 3 rides per week

🏋️‍♂️ Lift Heavy: lift 2 times per week (we provide em!)

🚶‍♂️ Step it up: walk 8,000 steps per day

🚫 Drop a vice: replace it with a self-improvement activity (podcast, reading, journaling,etc.)

🥗Nutrition: follow provided nutrition guidance
