Reset & Restore - Movement for Posture & Office Syndrome Relief
My background is in yoga, but over the past few years my work has evolved to include personal training, mobility, corrective exercise, and functional movement. This class brings those approaches together to support the needs of modern bodies affected by long hours sitting, desk work, stress, repetitive movement patterns, and general stiffness.
Unlike a traditional yoga or pilates class, sessions may include a combination of yoga-inspired movement, mat pilates, mobility drills, resistance band exercises, myofascial release, posture-focused strengthening, restorative stretching, and functional movement patterns.
Each class is adapted to the group on the day, with options provided for different abilities and experience levels.
Whether you're looking to move with less discomfort, improve mobility, support recovery, build strength, or simply feel better in your body, this class is designed to meet you where you are.
