Designed to help you reset, reflect and restore, this immersive experience offers daily yoga sessions, guided meditation, a creative watercolor workshop, mindful journaling and a peaceful hike to a nearby waterfall. You’ll also experience a soothing sound bath surrounded by the beauty of the season. ABOUT THE MERAKI HOUSE:
Meraki is a Greek word that means to pour yourself, your heart, creativity and soul into what you do. This awesome facility includes a hot tub, pickleball/basketball courts, a fire pit, a steam sauna and an area for a cold plunge.
WHAT’S INCLUDED: Catered meals (Friday evening snacks, 3 meals Saturday and breakfast Sunday), full weekend of activities (all optional), and 2-night stay. We will reach out for dietary restrictions/preferences and allergies prior to the retreat.
