Hi, I’m Ange Bertuzzi, founder of Ignite Health & Wellness—a Nutrition Therapist and Quantum Mind-Body Therapist. I help women restore their health through a holistic approach that brings together nutrition, nervous system regulation, and emotional healing.
My journey started in 2022 when I was dealing with chronic back pain and autoimmune disease. I felt exhausted, disconnected from my body, and stuck.
Through detoxing, whole-food nutrition, and targeted supplementation, I began to heal physically… but what truly shifted everything was addressing the emotional and energetic weight I was carrying—especially while navigating and ultimately leaving an abusive relationship that was deeply impacting my health.
Today, at 53, I am thriving, medication-free, and more connected to myself than ever before. And now, I’m here to help other women do the same.
🔥 My mission is to help you ignite the spark within—so you can step back into your strength, your energy, and your true healing potential.
🌿 This isn’t a typical “workshop.”
There’s no PowerPoint. No overwhelm. No pressure.
